Room Hire
When you make your booking, we will email you with confirmation, an invoice for the confirmation deposit.
A remainder invoice will be sent and will be due 7 days before your event, this will include a bond if required.
If you book your event within the 7 day period the full booking payment will be required to secure your booking.
Pack in and Pack out Fees are at Venue Discresion and are dependant on other bookings within the venue.
Pack in and Pack out Fees cannot be used to extend venue time.
Required if you need to set up and decorate your space before events start and if pack down is required.
If vendors are picking up hire items we will work with them and this time will not be charged.
Monday 7am – 10pm
Tuesday 7am – 10pm
Wednesday 7am – 10pm
Thursday 7am – 10pm
Friday 7am – 10pm
Sunday 10am – 10pm
$100 | Per hour (minimum 3 hrs) or $65 | Per hour for bookings over 3 hrs
Saturday 7am – Midnight
$600 | up to 5 hrs or $130 | Per hour for bookings over 5 hrs
$30 per hour

Cleaning options
Self-clean
Leave the space how you found it.
Brooms, rubbish bags, mops and cleaning products are provided.
Rubbish/recycling to be put in provided bins.
FREE
Lock and leave clean
Vendors must be organised to remove hire equipment by 9am following day.
Please note this does not include ‘soilage’. That would be taken out of your bond.

This is suited to weekday bookings with no alcohol.

Bond and deposits
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking, depending on your booking this value will vary.
This value will be deducted from your final bill 7 days before your event.
Deposits are non-refundable
Deposits will be sent via email and are due within 7 days to secure the booking.

Bond
A bond is required for events which are held over full days or into the night.
The bond payment is required on the week of your event and is refundable within 3 days of your event if there are no issues.
